Fiquei esperando pelo gerente de contas, durante meia hora e quando um amigo do segurança chegou, ele orientou o amigo a conseguir atendimento mais rápido e na minha frente.
Acredito que um banco precisa ser uma instituição seria, que trata as pessoas com igualdade e respeito, pois as pessoas vão aos bancos para resolver coisas sérias e que diz respeito a vida financeira, ninguém merece passar por esse tipo de situação.
The bank security treats customers like people in a party line, I felt super discriminated against with his attitudes.
I was waiting for the account manager for half an hour and when a friend of the security guard arrived, he instructed the friend to get service faster and in front of me.
I believe that a bank needs to be a serious institution, that treats people with equality and respect, because people go to banks to solve serious things and that concerns financial life, nobody deserves to go through this type of situation.
