★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrante. Verdadeira discriminação. Estive duas vezes nesse estabelecimento bancário. A primeira eu estava trabalhando já fazia horas, desde cedo no batente e fui ao banco já de tardezinha. Quase que não olharam na minha cara para responder quais documentos necessários para abrir conta. No outro dia, fui no horário de meio dia de paletó e gravata, me ofereceram até água e café enquanto esperava. Ou seja, o que importa para esse banco é a roupa e não se você é trabalhador e pode abrir uma conta.
Frustrating. True discrimination. I have been to this banking establishment twice. The first one, I had been working for hours, since early in the stop and I went to the bank early in the afternoon. They almost didn't look me in the face to answer what documents needed to open an account. The other day, I went around midday with a jacket and tie, they even offered me water and coffee while I waited. In other words, what matters for this bank is the clothes and not if you are a worker and can open an account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui nessa agência três vezes e das três dias vezes passei mais de 2 horas pra ser atendido, hoje eu cheguei às 9:48 e fui atendido as 12:15 isso é ridículo. Deixa muito a desejar , sofro com dores na coluna e tive que ficar em pé, pois não tem cadeiras suficientes e se sentasse em alguma e fica chato pois tem muito idoso e ninguém sabe que tenho Hérnia de disco, então fiquei em pé todo esse tempo.
I've been to this agency three times and three days I spent more than 2 hours to be attended, today I arrived at 9:48 and was answered at 12:15 that is ridiculous. It leaves much to be desired, I suffer with pains in the spine and I had to stand, because it does not have enough chairs and if it sits in some and it is boring because it has very old and no one knows that I have Herniated disc, so I was standing all this time .

Tragam lanche e uma rede pra deitard porque sentado cansa... Cheguei aqui as 12:07 são 13:40 e nada de ser atendido.
Total falta de respeito com os clientes. Muitas pessoas desistem do atendimento...
Péssimo, a filosofia do banco deve ser: "não precisamos atender, uma hora o cliente se cansa e vai embora.."
