É uma das agências mais lerdas do Santander. Infelizmente de vez em quando tenho que ir nela, e sempre demora muito, mesmo não tendo ninguém na sua frente.
Vc passa fácil mais de 30 minutos esperando, a não ser q vc dê sorte de chegar qnd não tem ninguém, ou assim q um atendimento esteja acabando.
Nesse momento são 15:05, falta 3 minutos para dar os 20 minutos, e ninguém foi chamado, tem 3 na minha frente.

It is one of the slowest branches in Santander. Unfortunately from time to time I have to go on it, and it always takes a long time, even if no one is in front of you.
You spend easy more than 30 minutes waiting, unless you get lucky when you don't have anyone, or so a service is ending.

Recebo e-mails todos os dias mandando eu terminar de abrir minha conta e quando vou tentar, querem me mandar mensagem para um número que não existe e um e-mail que não é meu. Tento falar com a agência pelo 0800, mas não existe. É uma inrresponsabilidade tamanha. Não aguento mais!!!!

I receive e-mails every day telling me to finish opening my account and when I try, they want to send me a message to a number that does not exist and an e-mail that is not mine. I try to speak to the agency on 0800, but it doesn't exist. It is such an irresponsibility. I can not take it anymore!!!!
