Antes de me tornar cliente tinha um certo preconceito, hoje é meu Banco principal! Vale ressaltar que uma empresa são feita de pessoas, sendo assim sou bem tratada na agência que sou correntista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inventaram agora um sistema de senha sem lógica alguma.
Você tem ficar com o pescoço duro olhando o tempo todo para o painel, pois as senhas não possuem sequência logica.
Não dá nem pra ir beber água, não dá pra calcular o tempo que falta pra ser chamado.
Pra um idoso é pior ainda, se tiver que ir ao banheiro corre o risco de perder a vez, sem falar que na volta fica sem saber se já foi chamado ou não.
Por favor, corrijam isso aí!
They have now invented a password system with no logic whatsoever.
You have to keep your neck stiff looking at the panel all the time, as passwords do not have a logical sequence.
You can't even go to drink water, you can't calculate the time left to be called.
For an elderly person it is even worse, if you have to go to the bathroom you risk losing your turn, not to mention that on the way back, you do not know if you have been called or not.
Please correct that!

Chegando no banco as 15:20 um funcionário vem dizer que encerra as 15:00 e ponto!
Isso é um discaso com o consumidor e Clientes do Banco!!! Fora que confiei no horário aqui indicado que teria atendimento até às 16:00, com isso perdir meu Tempo e Perdir Dinheiro atoa!!!
Fora que são pagos para nós atender e ainda fazem isso de não informar com precisão o horário correto de funcionamento!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendo porque ainda existe essa agência se só vive fechada, uma verdadeira falta de respeito com os clientes, no Google fala que fecha as 17:30 mas nem funciona no domingo.
I don't understand why this agency still exists if it's only closed, a real lack of respect for customers, Google says it closes at 5:30 pm but it doesn't even work on Sunday.
