Percimo bank loses accounts of how many times I went there to solve a problem with the card and came back with the same problem, not to mention the very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A agência tem poucos funcionários ativos para uma demanda enorme de clientes, consequentemente, os clientes ficam por horas em pé, na fila do lado de fora e depois aguarda por mais longas horas dentro da agência até ser atendido. Aguardei por mais de 3h para abrir uma conta pq era a única possibilidade. É uma falta de respeito com os clientes.
The branch has few active employees for a huge demand of clients, consequently, clients stand for hours, in line outside and then wait for longer hours inside the branch to be served. I waited for more than 3 hours to open an account because it was the only possibility. It's a lack of respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima a espera de mais de 3 horas para entrar no banco, em pé numa fila gigatesca enquanto aguardava a minha vez de acessar a agência do Centro. Isso sem contar a lentidão dos funcionários e a desordem interna. Decepcionada!
A terrible wait of more than 3 hours to enter the bank, standing in a gigantic queue while waiting for my turn to access the branch in the Center. Not to mention the slowness of employees and internal disorder. Disappointed!
