★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que dizer do "desserviço" prestado por esse banco?! Operações simples são burocratizadas de forma absurda. Cheguei às 08h30, só conseguir pegar uma senha às 9h40, e já fazem mais de duas horas que aguardo e não fui atendido. Uma questão simples de desbloqueio de senha eletrônica e pedido de segunda via do cartão... Descaso total com o cliente e cidadão brasileiro.
What about the "disservice" provided by this bank ?! Simple operations are absurdly bureaucratic. I arrived at 8:30 am, only being able to get a password at 9:40 am, and it has been more than two hours that I wait and I was not attended. A simple matter of unlocking an electronic password and requesting a duplicate card ... Total neglect with the client and Brazilian citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora demais no atendimento. Preferencial que passa 1h30 na fila para pegar a senha, e depois mais 1h30 e meia p ser atendidos.
Sem contar que na fila de espera para pegar a senha nao tinha ao menos uns bancos p os idosos e pessoas com crianças de colo se sentar para esperar.
Pessimo.
It takes too long in attendance. Preferential that spends 1h30 in the queue to get the password, and then another 1h30 and a half p will be answered.
Not to mention that in the queue to get the password, there were not at least some banks for the elderly and people with infants to sit down to wait.
Terrible.
