Isso só demonstra que a agência não tem empatia com o cenário atual

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento presencial. Agência não suporta o número de clientes, porque além de ser pequena tem pouquíssimos funcionários, tornando a carga de trabalho exaustiva que é descontada no cliente. NINGUÉM atende o telefone, e quando atende desliga. Pior banco!

Salvou a agência de uma reclamação na ouvidoria e no Reclame aqui. Parabéns Giuseph. Gostei do seu profissionalismo, respeito, responsabilidade... Ainda é ético, defendeu a empresa (SANTANDER), como nenhum outro. Obrigada.
