★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu podesse nem daria estrela nenhuma, liguei para eles pra saber se realizava o exame que eu queria informaram que "SIM" e podia ir qualquer hora, chegando lá pela tarde na chuva não faz o exame naquele horário, voltei pra casa e fui no outro dia de manhã cedo, atendente me recebeu de cara fechada, só recebeu o pagamento e mandou aguarda, olhei no papel estava lá a data do resultado e advinha não saiu o resultado do exame no dia marcado e ainda não sabem o dia que vai sair, nem pelo site não consigo pegar o resultado, entro em contato novamente ninguém sabe de nada,sendo que é uma exame simples.
Eu não indico a pessoa que gosta de sua saúde ir nessa clínica em nenhuma delas, a rede não tem responsabilidade, mente pra você só pra você fazer o exame e quando você vai ver não é nada daquilo . Experiencia própria. CUIDADO

I do not recommend the person who likes your health to go to this clinic in any of them, the network has no responsibility, it lies to you just for you to take the exam and when you go to see it is nothing like that. Own experience. CAUTION

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento foi breve mas me informaram que como fiz pela empresa não teria ter acesso aos resultados. Não sei de onde tiram essas ideias mas foi isso que me fez avaliar mal o Atendimento tendo em vista que não se pode negar ao paciente acesso aos seus resultados ainda mais ele sendo do CoviD 19.
O próprio paciente, ou seu representante legal, tem o direito de solicitar e obter cópia integral de seu prontuário. Esse direito está previsto no Código de Ética Médica e no Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC).
Service was brief but they informed me that as I did for the company, I would not have access to the results. I don't know where these ideas come from, but that's what made me misassess the Care, considering that patients cannot be denied access to their results, even more so since they are from CoviD 19.
The patient himself, or his legal representative, has the right to request and obtain a full copy of his medical record. This right is provided for in the Code of Medical Ethics and the Consumer Defense Code (CDC).

Cheguei, me orientaram pegar uma senha e esperar atendimento, fiquei meia hora esperando só pra ser chamada e me falarem que o teste é feito em outro lugar.
Só dei 2 estrelas porque o homem que estava fazendo o teste é bem atencioso.
Lack of information.
I arrived, they told me to get a password and wait for service, I waited half an hour just to be called and told that the test is done elsewhere.
I only gave it 2 stars because the man who was doing the test is very thoughtful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima clínica, fiz exame de Covid tudo dentro do protocolo, preço de mercado, tá quase todas as clínicas iguais, o bom é que lá tem qualidade e segurança no resultado.
Tudo limpo e atendentes e técnicas que me atenderam todas educadas.
Gostei e sempre voltarei lá.

Everything clean and attendants and technicians who attended to me were all polite.

Staff attend very poorly, the service p take the civilians and done on the street, looking like dirty. And we did it under the agreement.

Liguei para unidade Lauro de Freitas e me informaram que antes de fazer o PCR eu precisava enviar a solicitação médica e caratwovdo convênio para pre aprovação do plamo para evitar que ficasse na unidade por muito tempo. Assim o fiz, não obtive retorno e no dia seguinte fui até a unidade. Qual foi minha surpresa ao saber que a unidade central não enviava a autorização para a unidade Lauro e entrei na fila. Estou aqui há 1h e meia, uma bagunça pessoas que chegaram depois de mim sendo atendidas e eu aqui mofando.
Bad experience, slow, disorganized. I called the Lauro de Freitas unit and they informed me that before doing the PCR I needed to send the medical request and the health insurance plan for pre-approval of the plan to prevent me from staying in the unit for a long time. So I did, I didn't get a response and the next day I went to the unit. What was my surprise when I learned that the central unit did not send the authorization to the Lauro unit and I joined the queue. A atendente não se informa para passar informações retornando sempre com respostas vagas e padrões. Mais de 40minutos desde que apresentei os documentos e ainda nem sei se o teste foi aprovado. Obviamente a fila soh aumentando. #bagunca #desorganizacao
