Imagina você ficar na fila do lado de fora e no sol quente ? Horrível a preocupação deles com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou precisando de um atendimento urgente, liguei para o telefone, ninguém atende, e o atendimento é de acordo com a pessoa. Ou seja, se for amigo do gerente, beleza o atendimento é top, mas as demais pessoas. "ZERO", inclusive sou acostumado a ver pessoas entrarem sem pegar a fila que é do lado de fora no meio do sol quente. Então precisa melhorar e muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco informa que abre às 9:00, cheguei exatamente esse horário e fiquei na fila. Somente 9:40 uma funcionária veio informar que não está tendo atendimento pessoa física desde quarta-feira passada (hoje é segunda). Falta de respeito com os clientes, deveriam informar por meio de avisos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. O gerente não atende ao telefone fornecido, não dá feedback sobre a consulta em andamento. Ligo para o Telefone da agência e a URA não funciona, cai automaticamente numa linha que chama até cair. Justamente num momento desses onde o atendimento presencial deveria ser evitado, terei que me dirigir à agência para resolver questões simples da minha empresa.
