Passei mais de duas horas pra ser atendido sendo que a fila tava dando la fora do shopping total descaso com o cliente! muito terminal vazio e pouca gente atendendo, essa agencia já foi uma das melhores no quesito atendimento hoje esta sendo umas das piores depois que iniciou a pandemia!
Terrible service!
I spent more than two hours to be served and the line was giving it away from the mall, total disregard for the customer! a lot of empty terminal and few people attending, this agency was once one of the best in terms of attendance, today it is one of the worst after the pandemic started!

Bad service, only five people in line and a two-hour wait, do we pay dearly to have this? Honestly a shame!!!! I hope they get better.
