★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da demora no atendimento em razão da falta de funcionários com Covid, a gentil gerente, acho que o nome é Telma (ou outro nome com T), levou os documentos para assinatura de minha mãe, 93, deficiente visual, no carro estacionado na vaga do Banco. Ainda existem profissionais nota10!
