Eu pretendia abrir conta com eles, uma simples conta-corrente...Não possível, pois meu comprovante de residência não estava em meu nome, lamentável!
 Honestly .... terrible !!! They advertise on TV for us to open account and when we get there are a thousand and one complications ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É preciso informar CPF para ir ao caixa. Eu disse que não gostaria de informar e a atendente se recusou a fornecer senha de atendimento sem CPF. Tirei uma selfie e a mesma atendente me disse que é proibido tirar foto e que, com meu CPF, avisaria os seguranças. Fui ameaçada no banco que sou correntista. Inacreditável, Brasil!
It is required for CPF to go to the box. I said I would like to inform and the clerk refused to provide service password without CPF. I took a selfie and the same clerk told me that it is forbidden to take pictures and with my CPF, warn security guards. I was threatened in the bank account holder that am. Unbelievable, Brazil!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, Santander para mim é o "Banco", acho muito top a forma como eles atendem, a inteligência do aplicativo do banco, a facilidade com que eu tenho em realizar qualquer processo em outros bancos com o Santander eu consigo realizar praticamente tudo pelo celular. O Obrigado Santander continuem assim!

Quem é cliente do Santander, sabe que este é “O” Banco. E quem é cliente da agência Nova Paulista pode reforçar essa certeza. O sr. Borba conseguiu implantar a filosofia que o sr. Sergio Rial e seu Staff idealizaram para o atendimento de seus clientes e o novo Gerente Geral sr. Everton, com certeza vai seguir e manter esse procedimento apoiado pelo sr. Daniel e toda a sua Equipe. Tecnologia de ponta, sim, porém o Ser Humano em primeiro lugar. Borba foi promovido para GTO e vai ter oportunidade de implantar o mesmo sistema de atendimento em outras agências e a corrente se amplia. Esta também é minha linha de orientação, porisso sou cliente do Santander.
