★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo sendo cliente especial há 20 anos, é Van Gogh, fiquei mais de 1 hora na agência só para fazer um simples depósito. Péssimo atendimento, tente sua sorte em outra agência.
Even though I was a special client for 20 years, it's Van Gogh, I spent more than 1 hour at the agency just to make a simple deposit. Bad service, try your luck at another agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma Estela pq não tem como dar menos... Esse banco é um descaso com o cliente, estou dentro da agência para fazer um depósito, pq o caixa eletrônico não está fazendo a leitura necessário para realizar o
depósito... Não tem ninguém na minha frente e simplesmente não chamam no caixa, um monte de funcionários conversando e os clientes esperando.... Ridículo.
I gave a Estela because there's no way to give less... This bank is a negligence with the client, I'm inside the branch to make a deposit, because the ATM is not doing the necessary reading to perform the
warehouse... There's no one in front of me and they just don't call at the checkout, a bunch of employees talking and customers waiting.... Ridiculous.

Well the bank and as they say what's in the day as I work at a company and we were forced to open an account in that bank to do what but in return the girl who attended me Tayná an example of a person a great employee took all my doubts helped me with what I needed, simply did the service that many there should do ah if TDS were like that thank you very much for being such a great employee keep it up thank you for everything
