★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estão seguindo o distânciamento, se vc precisar ser atendido por algum funcionário do banco, ou fazer algo que precise de um atendimento ex prova de vida ou outro serviços no caixa vai ter que esperar um pouco.
They are following the distance, if you need to be assisted by a bank employee, or do something that requires an ex-proof of life service or other services at the checkout, you will have to wait a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passa 3 hs em uma fila para resolver problemas de 1 minuto....fora que os funcionários passean mais que trabalham,1 antendimento meia HS passando pelo banco .
Spend 3 hours in a line to solve problems for 1 minute....other than employees walk more than they work, 1 half HS service going through the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiraram o meu gerente. Sou MEI. E estou no sol do lado de fora da agência esperando para pegar uma senha e entrar na agência. Minha gente o valor q a gente paga para usar um banco particular. Isso não poderia acontecer. Mas o motivo foi q tiraram os atendentes. E agora o povo que tá pagando. Extremamente insatisfeita
