Após o fechamento da agência, os guardas ficam na porta, dizendo que já encerrou. Não tem um funcionário da própria empresa para dar informações corretas. Guarda terceirizado não trabalha com sistema, nem sabe dá informação correta, só servem pra vender senha na fila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou numa via crucis desde terça-feira dia 5 por conta do meu auxílio emergencial até B O foi pedido eu entreguei ficaram de me ligar ontem dia 8 esperei a tarde toda e nada. Me deram um número p cancelar a tal conta digital feita no meu nome e o número ñ dá opção p falar com ninguém. motivo do cancelamento? Meu dinheiro ñ sei como foi p o nome de um homem que nunca ouvi falar. E além do mais como posso pedir cancelamento de uma conta digital se foi a própria caixa que fez e que até hoje ñ consegui entrar no caixa tem? Tô cansada, chateada extressada porque estou p cima e p baixo numa época em que temos que ficar em casa simplesmente porque nunca ligam p te dar um posicionamento. Tornou-se uma das piores agências da caixa econômica Federal que Deus ajude quem precisa dessa caixa. Por que eu ñ aguento mais tanta falta de respeito e falta de humanidade para c quem precisa.apenas acrescentando por que essa postagem foi feita em Maio e até hoje continuo c problemas,c essa agência da caixa.

I'm tired, upset and stressed because I'm up and down at a time when we have to stay at home simply because they never care to give you a position. It has become one of the worst branches of the Federal savings bank that God help those who need that bank. Why I can't take so much more lack of respect and lack of humanity for those who need it. Just adding why this post was made in May and to this day I still have problems with this box office.

Primeiro que tem pessoas para arrumar a fila mas eles não organizam, mesmo eu falando com a pessoa responsável, dizendo que as medidas de segurança não estavam sendo respeitadas, eles ignoraram. Não estão nem aí para as pessoas. Segundo, foi o atendimento. Fiquei horas na fila para ver a questão do meu dinheiro que sumiu, não caiu na minha conta, tampouco estava na caixa, mas foi realizada uma transferência automática por parte do banco da caixa, inclusive essa transferência foi realizada na data errada, antes da data de liberação de transferência permitida pela caixa, o que achei muito estranho. Avisando a situação a atendente, ela simplesmente disse que o dinheiro tinha sido transferido para a minha conta, quando indaguei sobre um comprovante, que não consigo emitir pelo aplicativo caixa tem, a mesma se fez de doida, apenas anotou o número da agência e conta do meu banco e disse para eu ir no Banco do Brasil. Agora me pergunto: com que comprovante eu vou provar ao BB que a transferência automática foi realizada? O atendimento dessa agência é no mínimo uma negação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem, 5 de novembro de 2021. Tive uma experiência terrível nessa agência. Cheguei de 10:48 da manhã, conseguir entrar na agência e pegar a ficha de 12:27 e só fui atendido às 14:10. Eu já estava passando mal, é uma falta de respeito com os clientes. Estou extremamente decepcionado com a caixa.
