★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O banco é muito bom, com um aplicativo excelente e que raramente dá problemas ou bugs. Nunca tive problemas com o banco e nem com o meu dinheiro aplicado nele. Contudo, o banco poderia oferecer investimentos um pouco mais atrativos, de modo a se igualar ou aproximar da concorrência. Mas, fora isso ainda é um dos melhores bancos digitais da atualidade e recomendo ele bastante.
 The bank is very good, with an excellent application that rarely gives problems or bugs. I never had problems with the bank or with my money invested in it. However, the bank could offer investments a little more attractive, in order to match or approach the competition. But apart from that it is still one of the best digital banks today and I highly recommend it.

Banco péssimo, incompetente e enrolado.
Estou há mais de 7 meses cobrando um estorno/reembolso de uma compra online cancelada.
Entrei em contato com o banco diversas vezes, inclusive acionei o Reclame Aqui.
O banco não consegue sequer dar uma explicação ou prazo, são extremamente incompetentes.
I do not recommend this bank to anyone.
Terrible bank, incompetent and convoluted.
I've been charging a chargeback/refund for a canceled online purchase for over 7 months.
I contacted the bank several times, I even called the Claim Here.
The bank cannot even give an explanation or deadline, they are extremely incompetent.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The phone service leaves you literally HOURS on hold, the app is incomplete and unstable. It needs to evolve a lot in the service structure and technology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, péssima segurança, roubaram meu celular e conseguiram acessar o aplicativo e retirar todo o dinheiro. O atendimento do banco é muito demorado para um problema tão grave.
Bad service, bad security, they stole my cell phone and managed to access the app and withdraw all the money. The bank service is very time consuming for such a serious problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse a opção -5 estrelas eu daria . Pior Banco que já vi em toda minha vida, péssimo atendimento . Não resolveu meu problema por telefone , vários email em vão. e ainda perdem as documentação enviadas. Não indico esse banco nem pra pior pessoa da face da terra .
If I had the option -5 stars I would. Worst bank I've ever seen in my entire life, terrible service. It didn't solve my problem over the phone, several emails in vain. and still lose the documents sent. I do not recommend this bank even to the worst person on the face of the earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não abra conta nessa Banco, só passamos raiva. Um Banco que do nada bloqueia a conta do correntista. E você fica sem acesso aos seus investimentos a pagamento de suas contas. Um absurdo, ninguém resolve nada, insatisfeita, me sentido prejudicada não coloco mais um centavo nesse Banco.
Don't open an account in this bank, we just get angry. A bank that suddenly blocks the account holder's account. And you are without access to your investments to pay your bills. An absurdity, nobody solves anything, dissatisfied, feeling damaged, I don't put another penny in this bank.
