★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. ADM ruim, atendimento péssimo e locação ruim. Um exemplo: Entregaram a chave do imóvel para a locatária antes da data de início do contrato sem a minha autorização. Só fiquei sabendo porque a portaria do prédio entrou em contato comigo para avisar. Entrei em contato com a corretora que estava cuidando da locação e foi extremamente grossa e achou ruim porque a portaria me avisou.
Com estes problemas achei melhor tirar meu imóvel desta imobiliária e para minha surpresa recebi um aviso que o meu imóvel estava publicado novamente. Ou seja novamente fizeram algo sem a autorização do proprietário.
 I do not recommend. Poor ADM, poor service and poor location. An example: They handed over the property key to the tenant before the start date of the contract without my authorization. I only found out why the building's concierge contacted me to let me know. I contacted the brokerage that was taking care of the lease and it was extremely thick and found it bad because the ordinance warned me.
With these problems I found it better to take my property out of this real estate and to my surprise I received a notice that my property was published again. In other words, they did something without the authorization of the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, as corretoras que me passaram o contato não demonstram o mínimo de interesse. Sempre que pergunto sobre alguma casa anunciada já está alugada e não se interessam em apresentar novas propostas e nem se propõe a mandar msg caso surja algum imóvel, mesmo eu pedindo que me avisem. Corretora Jennifer mostrou uma casa que ainda nem havia sido desocupada, pedi para me avisar quando desocupasse, pois gostaria de visitar o imóvel antes de fechar negócio, falou que me avisaria, não avisou, entrei em contato para perguntar e me disse que alugou para outra pessoa, até aí tudo bem porém eu estava no aguardo, deveria ter avisado. Corretora Daniela apresentou somente uma opção, porém uma casa antiga e que não gostamos, pedi para avisar caso surgisse algo, porém nenhum contato feito após isso. Muito descaso, péssimo atendimento.
Terrible, the brokers who gave me the contact do not show the slightest interest. Realtor Jennifer showed a house that hadn't even been vacated yet, I asked her to let me know when she vacated it, because she would like to visit the property before closing the deal, she said she would let me know, she didn't warn me, I got in touch to ask and told me she rented it to another person, so far so good, but I was waiting, I should have warned you. Broker Daniela presented only one option, but an old house that we didn't like, I asked to let them know if something came up, but no contact made after that. Very disrespectful, bad service.
