Sempre pedimos comida no almoço, praticamente todos os dias. Gosto muito da comida. Eu e minha família ficamos com vontade de conhecer a loja física. Meu marido sai do trabalho todos os dias tarde, então chegamos eram umas 22h00. Fui super bem atendida pela moça que, parecia funcionária nova e se dedicou muito. Porém os mais antigos, vendo a dificuldade dela não fizeram a mínima questão de nos explicar o prato, digo isso porque fomos em 4 e pedimos picanha na pedra. Só havia nós no restaurante e o pedido demorou muito!!
Quando a comida chegou:
-Só tinha batata frita (todas passadas do ponto e quase queimadas)
- Vieram 3 mini bifes de picanha, dura
- Arroz frio
- Feijão pura água e frio
A comida não deu para nada!!!
Como mãe, eu obviamente deixei meus filhos comerem mais ( dividi meu bife com meu filho menor e praticamente não comemos carne).
Resumindo eu fiquei tão nervosa na hora, que preferi nem dizer nada. Ainda mais que todos la estavam bem estressados (menos a garçonete).
Resumindo eu sai morrendo de fome e fui direto para o MC. A comida estava tão ruim que não tinha como dar outra chance, já era tarde da noite.
Eu sempre leio as avaliações antes de visitar um lugar novo, ontem, infelizmente, não fiz isso.
E lendo as respostas deles, fiquei ate com medo de dar meu Feedback, parecem não gostar muito. Rs
Bom, vou continuar pedindo marmita no almoço.
Mas precisa melhorar muito o atendimento na loja.
E se não for possível preparar uma picanha na tábua as 22h00 >> tirem ela do cardápio.

We always order food at lunch, pretty much every day. I really like the food. My family and I feel like going to the physical store. My husband leaves work every day late, so we arrived at about 10:00 pm. I was super well attended by the girl, who seemed like a new employee and dedicated a lot. But the older ones, seeing her difficulty did not bother to explain the dish, I say this because we went in 4 and we asked for picanha in the stone. There were only us in the restaurant and the request took forever !!
When the food arrived:
-Only had fries (all past the point and almost burned)
- There came 3 mini steaks of picanha, dura
- Cold rice
- Beans pure water and cold
The food did not get any better !!!
As a mother, I obviously let my kids eat more (I split my steak with my youngest son and practically do not eat meat).
In short, I was so nervous at the time, I preferred not to say anything. Even more than all of them were well stressed (minus the waitress).
In short I left starving and went straight to the MC. The food was so bad I could not give it another chance, it was late at night.
I always read the reviews before visiting a new place yesterday, unfortunately, I did not do that.
And reading their answers, I was afraid to give my Feedback, they do not seem to like it very much. LOL
Well, I'll keep ordering lunch for lunch.
But you need to greatly improve the service in the store.
And if it is not possible to prepare a picanha on the board at 10:00 pm >> take it out of the menu.
