★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui efetuar um pagamento e estava no intervalo de 16:00 as 16:30 como informado no horário colado na parede, fiquei aguardo o retorno do atendente e simplesmente me informaram na lanchonete que ela não retornaria. Acho que não custava nada ela colocar um aviso informando que não retornaria mais, um descaso com o cliente.
 I went to make a payment and it was between 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm as informed in the time pasted on the wall, I was waiting for the attendant to return and they simply informed me at the cafeteria that she would not return. I don't think it cost anything for her to put a notice informing her that she would not return again, a disregard for the customer.
