★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pelo menos na hora do almoço. A agência está cheia de clientes e apenas uma pessoa atendendo. Aqui existem 10 mesas de atendimento, mas apenas uma está sendo usada, pois os outros funcionários, foram para o almoço. Sr. Gerente, por favor, resolva isso, ou vocês vão perder clientes pra outros bancos que dão atenção.
Terrible service, at least at lunch time. The agency is full of customers and only one person serving. Here there are 10 service desks, but only one is being used, as the other employees went to lunch. Mr. Manager, please resolve this, or you will lose customers to other banks that pay attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito lento. Quem quiser pagar boletos tente ir depois da 14 horas (funciona até as 15:00) pq é o horário que tem menos gente na fila para o caixa.
