Filas longas muuuuuita espera, e pra ajudar no periodo de pandemia onde todos os bancos funcionam de forma parcial o BB parou por completo n consigo sacar o beneficio porque só saca na boca do caixa. Lixo de banco.
There is a bad bank, there is a bad bank and there is Banco do Brasil, the worst bank on the face of this planet. Long queues soooo waiting, and to help in the pandemic period where all banks work partially, BB stopped altogether I can't get the benefit because it only serves at the checkout. Bank trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Agência que fica na Rua Assis Figueredo em Poços de Caldas é um horror , qualifico até como desumana, um total descanso com seus clientes.O funcionário que atende na porta é totalmente desqualificado. Tenho certeza que ele jamais aceitaria ser tratado como trata as pessoas que lá frequentam.
Nunca....nunca terei conta lá.
The Agency on Rua Assis Figueredo in Poços de Caldas is a horror, I even qualify as inhumane, a total rest with its customers. The employee who answers at the door is totally disqualified. I am sure that he would never accept to be treated as he treats the people who attend there.
Never .... I will never have an account there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco muito movimentado, bem localizado, no centro da cidade, muito iluminado e ventilado, sou cliente e sempre fui bem atendido, funcionários são muito prestativos e educados, fazem um bom atendimento ao público, super indico!
Very busy bank, well located, in the city center, very bright and ventilated, I am a customer and I have always been well attended, employees are very helpful and polite, they provide good service to the public, I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima, fiquei 3 hrs dentro banco e a gerente(Daiane) não resolveu meu problema. Aliás o que tava ruim,só piorou.
Passou a conta de poupança para corrente,sem rendimentos. E o pior.
Não consigo depositar n sacar nada.
It was terrible, I stayed 3 hours in the bank and the manager (Daiane) didn't solve my problem. In fact, what was bad, it only got worse.
Passed the savings account to current, without income. And the worst.
I can't deposit n withdraw anything.
