★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this street. Variety of eating joints. Street cafes. Subway, BB , Mexican, Colombian, japanese. .Italian, Lebanese. .you name the cuisine and Resturant is here. Shops like casa Pedro has all Asian ingredients that's the big solace for Asians. Must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice drinks and food, prices are fair. I was there during a football game Vasco v. Flamengo and the atmosphere becomes very exciting as all the bars from that street show it on their screens. Good caipirinhas, natural fruit juices and dry meet.

They have a skate bowl out the back, which is a great way to pass the time if you’re a skater, or if you just wanna come and watch it’s also a fun thing to do that’s a little bit different.
The food here is reasonably priced, and with generous portions. I had grilled fish with Caesar salad and some fried tapioca wedges, and it was delicious!
Alcoholic drinks here aren’t cheap, so if you plan on having a big night out, be prepared to bring your wallet!
Overall, Bar 399 is definitely worth checking out. It’s brings cool urban edge to a laid-back beachside neighborhood. Something a little bit different, and certainly a good night out.
