★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre pedia pelo Ifood, adoro a feijoada deles, mais pessoalmente, foi lamentável.
Chegamos e tinha apenas 2 mesas ocupadas, e não veio ninguém nos receber. Sentamos e ficamos esperando alguém vir limpar a mesa, pois estava com restos de comidas e empoeiradas, (todas as outras estavam nesse aspecto), com alguns minutos depois veio um garçom, entregou o cardápio e saiu. Chamamos-o novamente para que ele passasse um pano na mesa, e ele emburrado passou o pano... Meu marido pediu a bebida, ele simplesmente disse: "ok" e saiu, sem ao menos dar tempo de eu pedir a minha bebida.
Simplesmente cancelamos a bebida, levantamos e fomos pra outro lugar, pq nos dias de hoje, com tudo absurdamente caro, não tem como ficar em um lugar que o atendimento seja assim.
O mínimo que eu queria era ser bem atendida.
Não volto mais.
I always asked for Ifood, I love their feijoada, more personally, it was regrettable.
We arrived and had only 2 tables occupied, and no one came to greet us. We sat down and waited for someone to come and clear the table, as it was with leftovers and dusty food (all the others were in this aspect), a few minutes later a waiter came, handed the menu and left. We called him again so he could wipe the table, and he sullenly wiped it... My husband ordered the drink, he simply said "ok" and left, without even giving me time to order my drink.
We simply canceled the drink, got up and went to another place, because these days, with everything absurdly expensive, there is no way to stay in a place where the service is like that.
The least I wanted was to be well attended.
I'm not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente bom com uma equipe que preza pelo otimo atendimento. Poderiam fazer mais promocoes para atrair os clientes, pois os precos das refeicoes/aperitivos acabam sendo altos, mas o chopp tem um preco valido pra regiao do recreio.
Good environment with a team that values the excellent service. They could do more promotions to attract customers, as the prices of meals/appetizers end up being high, but draft beer has a valid price for the recreational area.
