★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido ao meio dia e o rapaz me informou que seria entregue em 50 min, passada uma hora e meia tentei entrar em contato com o restaurante e simplesmente não atendiam o telefone, passou duas horas e eu continuava esperando já que não tinha como me comunicar com o restaurante pois o mesmo não atendia tive que ficar com fome e aguardar outro restaurante, total descaso com o cliente.
I placed an order at noon and the guy informed me that it would be delivered in 50 minutes, after an hour and a half I tried to get in touch with the restaurant and they just didn't answer the phone, two hours passed and I kept waiting since there was no way I could communicate with the restaurant because it did not serve, I had to get hungry and wait for another restaurant, total disregard for the customer.
