★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui inquilina por quatro anos. E foram quatro anos de estresse contínuo. A comunicação da imobiliária foi, por muitas vezes, grosseira... isso quando conseguia retorno. Os reparos necessários no apartamento demoravam uma vida para ocorrer.. cheguei a ficar mais de um ano com um papelão mofado na minha janela pois não havia vidro quando entrei. Entre tantas outras situações que dariam um livro. Jamais recomendaria.
I was a tenant for four years. And it was four years of continuous stress. The communication from the real estate agency was, for many times, rude... that's when it got a return. The necessary repairs to the apartment took a lifetime to take place. I spent more than a year with a moldy cardboard in my window because there was no glass when I entered. Among so many other situations that would make a book. I would never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência terrível com essa imobiliária. Fui inquilina por mais de 2 anos e tenho insatisfação desde a assinatura até rescisão do contrato. Inúmeros contratempos que não caberiam na avaliação do Google: problema na devolução das taxas extras; inabilidade de estabelecer uma comunicação cordial e resolutiva, sem contar com a desorganização extrema e falta de pontualidade. Não recomendaria a absolutamente ninguém. Estou muito feliz que finalmente não tenho mais vínculos
I had a terrible experience with this real estate agency. I have been a tenant for over 2 years and I have been dissatisfied from signing up to terminating the contract. Numerous setbacks that would not fit Google's assessment: problem with returning extra fees; inability to establish a cordial and resolute communication, without counting the extreme disorganization and lack of punctuality. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm really happy that I finally don't have any more ties.
