★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barbaresco Express pertinho de casa, tudo de bom! Como os demais da franquia, boas opções de massa! Aproveitei a promoção de inauguração à R$9,90 qualquer prato... Mesmo com a fila que formou antes mesmo de abrir, atenderam super rápido e o prato não perdeu a qualidade habitual... Boa pedida!

Barbaresco Express close to home, all the best! Like the rest of the franchise, good pasta options! I took advantage of the opening promotion at R $ 9.90 any dish ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diminuiram demais a qualidade da comida. Pedi um risoto em que o arroz parecia arroz normal, sem sal, sonço, risoto sem vida. Muito fraco, muito abaixo do que é o barbaresco.
They have reduced the quality of the food too much. I ordered a risotto in which the rice looked like normal rice, without salt, sleep, lifeless risotto. Very weak, far below what barbarism is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O rapaz que estava manuseando o preparo dos pratos, estava mascando algo e usando a máscara abaixo do nariz, fiz uma reclamação junto a moça do caixa, que solicitou que o mesmo usasse a máscara corretamente, fato esse que desagradou o rapaz, que pediu para uma outra moça terminar de preparar os pratos e adentrou a cozinha reclamando. A moça comunicou o gerente que nem deu atenção e foi sentar na praça de alimentação para almoçar. Situação LAMENTÁVEL.
The boy who was handling the preparation of the dishes, was chewing something and wearing the mask under his nose, I complained to the cashier, who asked him to use the mask correctly, a fact that displeased the boy, who asked to another girl finished preparing the dishes and entered the kitchen complaining. The girl informed the manager that she didn't even pay attention and went to sit in the food court to have lunch. Lamentable situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão mal atendendido como fui pela senhora lá, acho que era a dona, eu e minha amiga nos sentimos super mal tratados, e ainda o prato veio errado, o atendimento é péssimo e é aquela mulher não merece aquele trabalho.
I was never so poorly served as I was by the lady there, I think it was the owner, my friend and I felt very badly treated, and the dish came wrong, the service is terrible and that woman doesn't deserve that job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Porção muito pequena, queijo, macarrão duro e gelado. Não deixou aquecer corretamente. E no final a atendente se recusou a colocar mais queijo... Muito ruim mesmo..
Terrible attendance. Very small portion, cheese, hard noodles and ice cream. Did not warm up properly. And in the end the attendant refused to add any more cheese... Very bad indeed...

Horrible service, uneducated attendant, I ordered a dish, she delivered another one and said she hadn't heard right, and I even paid 29 reais for a tiny plate of pasta, she wouldn't ever come back
