Ponto negativo: no vale sul e center vale o atendimento posso considerar de ruim a péssimo. Atendentes sempre mal humorados e impacientes. Falta muita cordialidade. Os donos deveriam avaliar anonimamente o atendimento.
Barbaresco Express serves the best risotto and pasta x Price in shopping malls in Brazil. Fair value. I have already visited some malls in Brazil, and tried the food from similar restaurants (pasta, Italian), and I can guarantee you that Barbaresco is the best in the sector. Reminder: the evaluation is for the express restaurant.
Negative point: in the south and center valley the service is worth considering from bad to very bad. Attendants always sulky and impatient. Much cordiality is lacking. Owners should evaluate the service anonymously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo custo benefício. Ingredientes frescos. Atendimento bom. E o preço não é alto. Localizado dentro do shopping vale sul. Tem mesas próprias ou pode usar as mesas da praça de alimentação. O local interno é bem calmo e discreto. Fui sozinha com minha bebê sem nenhuma preocupação.
Great value for money. Fresh ingredients. Good service. And the price is not high. Located inside the south valley mall. You have your own tables or you can use the tables in the food court. The indoor location is very quiet and unobtrusive. I went alone with my baby without any concern.

Ainda bem que deixam alguns saquinhos de sal no caixa...
I was negatively surprised by the dish I was served today - unsalted in both rice and sauce; pieces of meat, and I asked them to be careful when getting the ingredients that were almost all mixed, since the attendant was using only one utensil for everything. Good thing you leave some bags of salt in the box ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que vou a São José dos Campos eu vou almoçar no Barbaresco pra comer o risoto de frutos do mar, é simplesmente maravilhoso e os atendentes são sempre muito gentis e educados, o único problema pra mim é conseguir comer tudo, porque o prato é muito bem servido e meu estômago é pequeno, mas vale o esforço ? Essa unidade fica dentro do Shopping Colinas, que é um Shopping bem localizado e super tranquilo, a praça de alimentação é bem aconchegante. Super recomendo e o preço é justíssimo!
Whenever I go to São José dos Campos I go to Barbaresco for lunch to eat the seafood risotto, it's just wonderful and the servers are always very kind and polite, the only problem for me is getting to eat everything, because the dish is very well served and my stomach is small, but it's worth the effort ? This unit is inside Shopping Colinas, which is a well located and super quiet mall, the food court is very cozy. I highly recommend and the price is very fair!
