★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, péssimo, não tem a disponibilidade de boa parte dos itens do menu ( não sei porque está no menu se não tem ). Funcionários desmotivados e com pressa de fechar o estabelecimento. Infelizmente é notável a queda na qualidade em todos os quesitos. Espero que os responsáveis se atentem sobre tudo que está ocorrendo, antes que seja tarde demais.
Horrible service, lousy, does not have the availability of much of the menu items (do not know why it's on the menu if you do not have it). Staff unmotivated and in a hurry to close the establishment. Unfortunately it is remarkable the drop in the quality in all the questions. I hope that those responsible will be aware of everything that is happening before it is too late.

Parabéns ao Donuts café, esta vendendo tanto, que se dá ao luxo de desprezar os seus clientes, em pleno horário de funcionamento, lembrando que o mesmo vai até às 22: 00 horas.
Yesterday, 10/11/2018 at 21:40, I went to this establishment to have a coffee, but the attendant said it was already closed. So, I went to Rei do Mate and had a cup of coffee and was very well attended.
Congratulations to Donuts coffee, it is selling so much, that it has the luxury of despising its customers, in full opening hours, remembering that it goes on until 22: 00 hours.

eu e meus pais tinhamos chegados queriamos um lugar para tomar café, mas no meio de tantas opções escolhemos o café dunuts para experimentar, bem os cappuccinos e os dunuts que pegamos estavam bons, a atendente estava bem humorada, tinha um outro funcionario que estava neutro mas a que nos atendeu foi bem simpatica =)

me and my parents had arrived we wanted a place to have coffee, but in the midst of so many options we chose the coffee dunuts to try, well the cappuccinos and dunuts we got were good, the attendant was in a good mood, had another employee who was neutral but the one who attended us was very nice =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro o café do lugar.No entanto ontem estive lá por volta das 17 horas.Tinha apenas 2 funcionárias e a loja lotada.Fiz meu pedido no caixa e nos sentamos.Depois de uns 20 minutos esperando percebi que pessoas que se sentaram depois de nós já haviam recebido seu café.Questionei a atendente e ela disse que seguiu a ordem dos pedidos do caixa.
Resumindo:nosso pedido não foi atendido e depois de perdermos tempo esperando optamos por outra cafeteria.Férias e movimento e apenas 2 atendentes!!!

Isso porque até cartão fidelidade tenho.Deixando a desejar demais!
I love the local coffee. However, yesterday I was there around 5 pm. I had only 2 employees and the store was full. I placed my order at the checkout and sat down. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I realized that people who sat after us they had already received their coffee. I questioned the attendant and she said she followed the order of the cashier.
In short: our order was not granted and after wasting time waiting we opted for another cafeteria. Holidays and movement and only 2 attendants !!!
Losing customers and sales!
That's because I even have a loyalty card. Leaving too much to be desired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo lugar para saborear um bom café espresso acompanhado de um ótimo donuts! Pode ser o recheado, tradicional com cobertura glaceada ou apenas açúcar! Tudo isso dentro do conforto e segurança do Colinas Shopping.
Não recebeu 5 estrelas por causa do preço que é um pouco elevado se comparado com o outros cafés desse mesmo Shopping e por causa do atendimento que deixa um pouco a desejar... As atendentes poderiam ser um pouco mais simpáticas...
Great place to enjoy a good espresso coffee accompanied by great donuts! It can be stuffed, traditional with icing or just sugar! All of this within the comfort and safety of Colinas Shopping.
It didn't receive 5 stars because of the price, which is a bit high compared to other cafes in the same mall and because of the service that leaves a little to be desired ... The attendants could be a little more friendly ...
