I really liked the mass of them I went to the mall Taubaté shopping only the girl who picked me up was too grumpy but the mass itself was very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! A moça do caixa nos atendeu da pior forma possível. Pedi a promoção espaguete da mama que custava 13,90. O rapaz que preparou nos deu opção de montarmos pelo mesmo preço. Chegando ao caixa a atendente super grossa nos fez pagar cada prato 21,90, dizendo que o erro era nossa! E ainda bateu boca! Ora, diga a esta senhora que se o cliente procura preço, não vai querer pagar um preço muito mais elevado. Pagamos, mas atendimento é o pior! Super grosseira!!!
Terrible! The cashier girl served us the worst way possible. I asked for the breast spaghetti promotion which cost 13.90. The boy who prepared gave us the option to ride for the same price. Arriving at the cashier the super thick attendant made us pay each 21.90 dish, saying that the mistake was ours! And still hit mouth! Now tell this lady that if the customer is looking for a price, they will not want to pay a much higher price. We pay, but service is the worst! Super rude !!!

I ate a risotto. My first experience. Very well attended. Fast service. But very salty! They need to cut down on salt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local e atendimento, as moças são bem atenciosas e caprichosas, super recomendo o risoto deles ( Taubaté Shopping) , no Via Vale não Recomendo achei cabelo Duas vezes seguidas no Prato e nem tiveram a cortesia de pedir desculpas.
Más o Taubaté shopping excelente!
Excellent place and service, the girls are very attentive and capricious, I highly recommend their risotto (Taubaté Shopping), at Via Vale I don't recommend I found hair Twice in a row at Prato and they didn't even have the courtesy to apologize.
But Taubaté is an excellent shopping mall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou lojista e estava de uniforme, só perguntei se tinha desconto para lojista e fui tratada com preconceito pela gerência. Era só dizer que não e estava tudo bem, iria comer do mesmo jeito, é pq a maioria dos restaurantes tem esse benefício em Taubaté Shopping.
I am a shopkeeper and I was in uniform, I only asked if there was a discount for shopkeepers and I was treated with prejudice by the management. I just had to say no and it was ok, I would eat the same way, it's because most restaurants have this benefit in Taubaté Shopping.
