★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não resolve nada, estou esperando reembolso da passagem do meu filho desde fevereiro 2019 por motivo de doença e mesmo cancelado enviou boleto e sujou o nome dele e tivemos que padar porque eles nada resolvia p cancelar os boletos e atrairá não reembolsaram dizendo que a CVC não responde. Então eles vendem e deixa p você correr atrás da CVC que também até agora não devolveu o dinheiro das passagens.
 Terrible service, it doesn't solve anything, I'm waiting for my son's ticket refund since February 2019 due to illness and even if it was canceled, he sent a ticket and got his name dirty and we had to pay because they didn't solve anything to cancel the tickets and it will attract no refunds saying that CVC does not respond. So they sell and let you chase the CVC, which so far hasn't refunded the fares either.
