★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter tido problemas de não conseguir ser atendido chegando ainda dentro do horário de expediente, decidi dar outra chance afinal, é a barbearia mais confortável da região e problemas acontecem. A princípio, me frustrei pois apesar de ter chegado no horário do almoço 12:20hrs, a informação de horário de expediente seria das 9:00 as 18:00hrs, mas aguardei e não demoraram a retornar do almoço, só fica a dica para corrigir a placa e horário no Google.
Fui reconhecido assim que cheguei e pelo dono, então é um bom sinal que a crítica fora recebida e talvez tenha havido alguma movimentação, o que é bom, mas não gostei muito da forma que o dono se retratou. Eu teria simplesmente pedido desculpas e agradecido pela nova oportunidade, mas, ao menos o atendimento compensou…
Neste ultimo atendimento, o barbeiro deu um show de tratamento. Quase dormi relaxado fazendo a barba e cabelo, mas não é menos do que se esperar de um serviço no subúrbio ao preço de Boa Viagem e Casa Forte. Não sou de falar muito, mas, fiquei bastante satisfeito, porem, fica a ressalva de que se foi um esforço para que eu reveja minha avaliação, ou se será o padrão do atendimento daqui pra frente.
Haverão outras e opiniões mudam, e confiança, satisfação e fidelidade de cliente se constroi…
Recomendo, na região até então, não tem melhor.
Despite having problems with not being able to be seen, arriving within office hours, I decided to give it another chance after all, it is the most comfortable barbershop in the region and problems occur. At first, I was frustrated because even though I arrived at lunchtime at 12:20hrs, the office hours information would be from 9:00am to 18:00hrs, but I waited and they didn't take long to return from lunch, just the tip to correct it the board and time on Google.
I was recognized as soon as I arrived and by the owner, so it's a good sign that the review was received and maybe there was some movement, which is good, but I didn't really like the way the owner portrayed himself. I would have simply apologized and thanked me for the new opportunity, but at least the service paid off...
In this last service, the barber gave a show of treatment. I almost slept relaxed shaving and hair, but it's no less than what you'd expect from a service in the suburbs at the price of Boa Viagem and Casa Forte. I'm not one to talk a lot, but I was quite satisfied, however, I have to say that it was an effort for me to review my evaluation, or if it will be the standard of care going forward.
There will be others and opinions change, and trust, satisfaction and customer loyalty builds…
I recommend it, in the region so far, it doesn't have any better.
