★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortei meu cabelo lá duas vezes. Na primeira, salvo engano, fui atendido por um rapaz chamado Felipe. Corte ficou bom e resolvi voltar. Na segunda vez, fui atendido pelo Samuel (este nome se tornou inesquecível). O corte ficou tão ruim e com tantas falhas que tive que voltar à barbearia depois de tomar banho em casa - tendo sido atendido por outro profissional que, muito constrangido, evitou criticar os "tufos" que ficaram na minha cabeça. O detalhe é: antes de ir embora, questionei o Samuel sobre essas possíveis falhas, mas ele disse que tava tudo certo, o serviço terminado e que era questão de luz no ambiente que dava a sensação de desigualdade. Enfim, pretendo dar uma última chance ao lugar (pela proximidade de onde moro), mas fica a dica: fujam desse rapaz. Fora isso, a casa nem se preocupou em tentar compensar o cliente pelo transtorno e pelo constrangimento, o que também foi uma enorme decepção.

The detail is: before leaving, I asked Samuel about these possible flaws, but he said that everything was ok, the service was finished and that it was a matter of light in the environment that gave the feeling of inequality. Anyway, I intend to give the place one last chance (due to the proximity to where I live), but here's the tip: run away from this guy. Other than that, the house didn't even bother to try to compensate the customer for the inconvenience and embarrassment, which was also a huge disappointment.
