Não fizeram o corte como solicitei e depois do banho vi que a mi há franja era um enorme caminho de rato. Retornei e expliquei o fato e não quizeram reparar o erro. Não volto e não recomendo.

They did not make the cut as I requested and after the shower I saw that there was a fringe on the floor, it was a huge rat path. I returned and explained the fact and did not want to make a mistake. Would not go back and would not recommend it.

No corte, não lavou o cabelo, umas horas empregou tanta força que achei que ia arranhar minha cabeça com a máquina de cortar, talvez pq o barbeiro com frequência olhava para fora (para o movimento). Mas no fim o corte ficou bem próximo do que solicitei. Preço condiz com a localização, mas não com a qualidade.
Service ok, complimentary coffee, card payment only if it is debit. When cutting, he did not wash his hair, for a few hours he used so much force that I thought I was going to scratch my head with the clipper, maybe because the barber often looked out (for movement). But in the end the cut was very close to what I requested. Price matches the location, but not the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local agradável com ótimos barbeiros, mas pessimamente administrado. Da última vez a responsável não quis ligar o ar condicionado. Ficou o barbeiro suando e eu pingando de baixo daquele protetor quente. Também achei desnecessário aumentar mais o corte. Não tem como se fidelizar com um barbeiro, pois cada vez que vou ao local, tem um barbeiro diferente. Enfim. Um local que não tem como mais voltar.
Nice place with great barbers, but poorly managed. Last time, the official did not want to turn on the air conditioning. The barber was sweating and I was dripping from under that hot protector. I also found it unnecessary to further increase the cut. There is no way to become loyal to a barber, because every time I go to the place, there is a different barber. Anyway. A place that has no way of returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local com profissionais despreparados e sem noção estética. Recomendam realizar tratamentos que não sabem fazer. Quando erram, colocam a culpa no cliente. Demonstram que não se preocupam em fidelizar clientes, apenas pegar os que passam desavisados pelo local.
Bad location with unprepared professionals and no aesthetic notion. They recommend carrying out treatments that they do not know how to do. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não achei legal eles colocarem um preço na frente do estabelecimento com letras imensas e lá embaixo com letras minúsculas restringirem apenas aos funcionários. Eu falei que estava entrando no salão para aproveitar a promoção, eles ouviram e só depois que inciaram o corte que vieram me falar que a promoção não se aplicava. Fiquem de olho e pergintem tudo antes de sentar na cadeira, o corte ficou bom...mas não gostei de.ser feita de idiota

I said I was entering the salon to take advantage of the promotion, they heard it and it was only after they started the cut that they came to tell me that the promotion did not apply.
