★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente desde a inauguração , sendo que hoje tive a pior experiência que poderia imaginar . Agendei pelo app um corte com o profissional GIOVANE W.S para as 17:30 . Cheguei na unidade da freguesia as 17:25 e o profissional estava desocupado e foi informado da minha chegada . Para minha supresa mesmo sendo chamado atenção por 2X e já era 17:35 o senhor GIOVANNE continuava no celular no wattzap e no Instagram . ( COSNEGUIA VER O MESMO NESSES 2 APLICATIVOS E EU ESPERANDO ?)
Vendo aquela cena e ainda incrédulo sai indignado com a atitude e fui no concorrente que por sinal com serviço muito melhor . Pra piorar após meu comentário no Instagram a @barberhouse ainda apagou meu comentário ( reclamação ) . Portante vizinhos . Barberhouse já foi boa, hoje está largada uma verdadeira zona sem qualquer gestão ! Fica a dica . Fui na Perninha Barber House na 3 Rios e fui muito bem atendido . Barber House NUNCA MAIS !
 I was a customer since the opening, and today I had the worst experience I could imagine. I scheduled a cut by the app with the professional GIOVANE W.S for 17:30. I arrived at the parish unit at 17:25 and the professional was unoccupied and was informed of my arrival. To my surprise even though it was called attention for 2X and it was already 17:35, Mr. GIOVANNE was still on his cell phone on wattzap and Instagram. (COSNEGUIA SEE THE SAME IN THESE 2 APPLICATIONS AND I WAITING ?)
Seeing that scene and still incredulous, I left indignant with the attitude and I went to the competitor who, by the way, had much better service. To make matters worse after my comment on Instagram @barberhouse still deleted my comment (complaint). Therefore neighbors. Barberhouse was once good, today a real zone is left without any management! Here's the tip. I went to Perninha Barber House at 3 Rios and was very well attended. Barber House NEVER AGAIN!

Barber shop with good structure and good draft beer. I was well attended. On my visit (09/2017) I paid R $ 45.00 for a haircut and two chopps, I thought the value was a little too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É absolutamente inadmissível que, em pleno 2021, alguém se sinta constrangido por não querer remover a máscara.
O local é fechado, os funcionários conversam alto e ficam com máscara no queixo (ou até sem ela totalmente), ambiente propício para a proliferação do vírus.
Mesmo assim, o barbeiro não gostou quando disse que não removeria a máscara. Sugeri abaixar o elástico, algo rotineiro e que sempre fiz, mas o profissional não foi nem um pouco flexível e fechou a cara quando disse que segurar uma PFF2 no rosto não garante nenhuma proteção.
Seria minha primeira vez cortando lá. Não voltarei.
It is absolutely unacceptable that, in the middle of 2021, anyone should feel embarrassed about not wanting to remove the mask.
The place is closed, employees talk loudly and wear a mask on their chin (or even without it entirely), an environment conducive to the spread of the virus.
Even so, the barber was not happy when he said he would not remove the mask. I suggested lowering the elastic, a routine thing that I've always done, but the professional wasn't flexible at all and frowned when he said that holding a PFF2 to your face doesn't guarantee any protection.
It would be my first time cutting there. Will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência positiva para minha primeira vez. Fiz apenas barba com o Vagner e gostei muito do resultado. Local oferece cerveja, café, água e cadeiras confortáveis. Se não me falha a memória, tbm fazem tatuagens. Para um bom atendimento, é aconselhável agendar a visita.
Positive experience for my first time. I just shave with Vagner and I really liked the result. Place offers beer, coffee, water and comfortable chairs. If my memory serves me right, they also get tattoos. For a good service, it is advisable to schedule a visit.
