★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortaram o cabelo do meu filho todo errado, todo torto, como estava me concentrando para deixar ele distraído, o que aconteceu ficou calmo durante todo o corte, não percebi a c… que fizeram, ainda dei caixinha de natal. Qd cheguei em casa e vi a situação retornei p ver se consertavam, pois tinha apresentação de natal na escola na semana. A recepcionista ignorou e nos deixou na chuva falando que tínhamos que esperar na fila, algo que eles fizeram errado e podia ser resolvido com algumas tesouradas rápidas na franja, queriam deixar meu filho de 3 anos na chuva esperando, ficamos uns 5 minutos esperando e comi nada fui embora. Fujam desse local, cortava sempre meu cabelo lá, mas não recomendo caro e atendimento de segunda.
They cut my son's hair all wrong, all crooked, as I was concentrating on keeping him distracted, what happened was calm during the entire cut, I didn't realize the c… what they did, I even gave them a Christmas box. When I got home and saw the situation, I went back to see if they could fix it, as there was a Christmas presentation at school during the week. The receptionist ignored us and left us in the rain saying we had to wait in line, something they did wrong and could be solved with a few quick scissors on the fringe, they wanted to keep my 3 year old son waiting in the rain, we waited for about 5 minutes and ate nothing went away. Get away from that place, I always cut my hair there, but I don't recommend expensive and second-rate care.
