★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço super faturado e desonestidade na hora do orçamento, não recomendo e ainda por cima mal educado ao telefone. fujam!!!! A questão não é precificar o serviço dos outros, quando deixei a máquina seminova(apenas 6 meses de uso doméstico) não me foi falado na hora que a minha máquina era praticamente descartável e este serviço de lubrificar e remover linhas presas no mecanismo,( fiquei sabendo disso após aprovar o orçamento e retirar a máquina), requer o desmonte toda vez que isso ocorrer, pois o defeito é crônico da marca, o profissional que tem respeito pelo cliente é sincero em TODOS os aspectos do negócio e muito menos grita ao telefone assim: NINGUÉM COLOCOU UMA ARMA NA SUA CABEÇA OBRIGANDO VC A FAZER O SERVIÇO. Por isso avaliei mal desta vez, já fiz outros serviços com vcs e até então não tive qualquer problema, o fato de ter muitos anos de tradição em um lugar, não lhes dão o direito de agir assim, mesmo achando que estão certos.

So I miscalculated this time, I have already done other services with you and until then I had no problem, the fact of having many years of tradition in one place, do not give them the right to do so, even though they think they are right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei a equipe técnica de domicílio muito fraca. Me foi cobrado R$70,00 a visita, chegando aqui os técnicos olharam a máquina e disseram que se tratava do cabeçote, que precisava trocar pois estava danificado. Cobrou então R$550,00 pelo serviço. Disse que não queria, paguei os 70,00 da visita e busquei uma segunda opinião.
O outro técnico veio e disse que se tratava de uma linha de aproximadamente 2cm presa na caixa de bobina, e que não sabia nem quanto cobrar, pois é um problema muito bobo de resolver. Conclusão é, a equipe técnica devia ser melhor qualificada para conseguir resolver problemas tecnicamente bobos.
I found the home technical team to be very weak. I was charged R$70.00 for the visit, arriving here the technicians looked at the machine and said it was the head, which needed to be replaced because it was damaged. Then he charged R$550.00 for the service. I said I didn't want to, I paid the 70.00 for the visit and sought a second opinion.
The other technician came and said that it was about a 2cm thread stuck in the bobbin case, and that he didn't even know how much to charge, as it's a very silly problem to solve. Bottom line is, the technical team should be better qualified to solve technically silly problems.
