★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente me decepcionei muito com atendimento e falta de respeito com o grupo de 45 pessoas que levei até lá. Não tem estrutura, falta higiene no local, panelas de comida no chão do barco por falta de espaço. Combinei com a Vivian sobre a chegada do pessoal, e simplesmente além de não dar conta de atender o meu grupo ( não tinha tudo que prometeu o suficiente para atender a todos ) é uma pessoal extremamente arrogante e mentirosa.
Alem de atrasar toda uma viagem programada por falta de estrutura e palavra, queria cobrar o dobro do valor .
Não recomendo, não teria coragem nem de passar por perto deste barco. O local é bem agradável, ( até vc entrar na cozinha, pois eu entrei para ajudar ) mas o trato da Vivian com as pessoas infelizmente é horrível.
 Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service and lack of respect with the group of 45 people I took there. It has no structure, lack of hygiene in the place, pans of food on the floor of the boat due to lack of space. I agreed with Vivian about the arrival of the staff, and simply in addition to not being able to attend to my group (I didn't have everything that promised enough to attend everyone) is an extremely arrogant and lying person.
In addition to delaying an entire trip planned for lack of structure and word, I wanted to charge twice the amount.
I don't recommend it, I wouldn't have the courage to even go near this boat. The place is very nice, (until you get into the kitchen, because I went in to help) but Vivian's deal with people is unfortunately horrible.
