É onde eles recebem os navios do exterior que querem atracar em Belém e isso é chamado de Praticagem, ou seja, um prático seria um manobrista de carro, que nesse caso é um enorme de um navio! Eles possuem um pequeno museu com peças, fotos, etc., bem bacana! Parabéns a nossa Marinha do Brasil ??????
