★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço dedicado a eventos, exposições itinerantes de artistas, com ampla área interna, no centro da cidade, somente o estacionamento que dispõe de poucas vagas, precisa ser pensado uma solução pois qdo tem atividades fica difissilimo.

Falta luz no banheiro, papel higiênico.
O palco em madeira já afundou há um tempo, e está um buraco imenso, um perigo para as crianças. Uma pena um lugar tão bem localizado, com uma super estrutura, estar esquecido.
