Guys I wanted to know why use a microphone with sooo loud sound to call the children. I live about 3 condos later and the sound is deafening, imagine the building next door. That lack of respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é lindo e bem organizado, só não posso dizer o mesmo dos funcionários. Liguei agendando uma consulta de nutricionista, chegando hj ao local, descobri que eu estava agendada para fisio, e ai foi viagem perdida, ninguém me pediu desculpas pelo erro e ainda a recepcionista do centro de reabilitação achou que eu estava dando uma de esperta, pq quando eu falei que o valor informado para mim era outro, ela falou bem ironicamente: "Mas vc nao vai fazer o teste de bioimpedancia?". Como se eu soubesse qual é o procedimento deles...fiquei muito decepcionada. Perdi meu dia de trabalho e a manhã toda pra ir em uma consulta que foi marcada errada.
The place is beautiful and well organized, I just can't say the same about the staff. I called to schedule a nutritionist appointment, arriving at the place today, I found out that I was scheduled for physio, and then it was a missed trip, no one apologized for the mistake and even the receptionist at the rehabilitation center thought I was being smart, because when I said that the value informed to me was different, she said very ironically: "But aren't you going to do the bioimpedance test?". As if I knew what their procedure is... I was very disappointed. I lost my work day and all morning to go to an appointment that was wrongly scheduled.
