Isso somado com o estresse de telefonar 2 vezes por semana para saber as "novidades", com eles dizendo quase sempre que estavam com muito serviço acumulado e prometendo que iriam ver a minha máquina 'em breve'.

Recentemente, comprei um simples cabo de aço de acelerador de roçadeira que custou- me 40 reais (em outros lugares custa em torno de 8 a 15 reais). Era uma quinta-feira, final de tarde, quando o cabo da roçadeira quebrou.Cheguei na loja perto das 18 horas da tarde e, ingenuamente, informei que eu tinha urgência do cabo para usar a máquina na manhã seguinte .
O sujeito se aproveitou da minha urgente necessidade e aproveitou para faturar encima de mim. Mesmo eu reclamando e pedindo desconto, o sujeito disse algo parecido como 'é pegar ou largar'. Infelizmente, não tinha mais tempo pra procurar outra loja e tive que comprar por 40 reais.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The second time I used their services, it took 3 months for them to finally conclude that I didn't have a part needed for the washing machine to work. This added to the stress of phoning twice a week for "news", with them almost always saying they had too much backlog and promising they would see my machine 'soon'.

I recently bought a simple steel trimmer throttle cable that cost me 40 reais (in other places it costs around 8 to 15 reais). It was a Thursday, late afternoon, when the cord of the brush cutter broke. I arrived at the store around 6 pm and, naively, informed me that I needed the cord urgently to use the machine the next morning.
The guy took advantage of my urgent need and took the opportunity to cash in on me. Even though I was complaining and asking for a discount, the guy said something like 'take it or leave it'. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to look for another store and I had to buy it for 40 reais.
