★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São anunciados imóveis para locação que não estão disponíveis e já estão sendo locados por outras pessoas. Pelo menos foi a resposta que tive de alguns anúncios que pesquisei. A imobiliária é oportunista usando anúncios de imóveis não disponíveis como chamariz. Essa conduta engana as pessoas.

Alugam apartamentos em péssimo estado, e se fingem de cegos e surdos... Se aproveitando a boa vontade dos clientes...

Eu os contatei pelo whatsapp, o qual são mensagens automaticas para depois passar a um atendente, eu dei todos os meus dados e esperei algumas horas, chegou uma mensagem automatica para avaliar minha experiencia com a imobiliaria, como se tivesse sido encerrado o atendimento SEM SER ATENDIDA. Então não vale a pena chama-los. Procurem outra imobiliaria, não entendi nem porque tem a avaliação de 4 estrelas.
Do not call this immobiliaria. I contacted them through whatsapp, which are automatic messages to then pass on to an attendant, I gave all my data and waited a few hours, an automatic message arrived to evaluate my experience with the real estate, as if the service had ended WITHOUT BEING ANSWERED So it's not worth calling them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência já no primeiro contrato como locador, inquilino não pagou nenhuma conta de água ou luz referente a 10 meses e nunca houve conferência ou cobrança por parte da imobiliária, a luz e água foram cortadas e eu como locadora que tive que correr atrás para solução e pagamento dos atrasados na esperança de receber da seguradora um dia, crédito do aluguel sempre em atraso, necessária cobrança pois a imobiliária não acompanha.
Empresa credpago uma demora absurda para reembolso dos prejuízos e alugueis pendentes, intermediada pela imobiliária aguardando a 60 dias e nada.
Não recomendo, pois se tivesse feito a locação particular teria escolhido o inquilino com mais rigor e não perderia os 10% do aluguel a toa.

No início da semana, enviei a cópia dos meus documentos e fiquei esperando a análise. Ninguém informou sobre qual seria o prazo de retorno.
Qual não é a minha surpresa quando recebo, na sexta-feira às 21:29, o contrato de aluguel com data de início já na segunda-feira sem que ninguém tenha combinado comigo a data de início da locação.
Ao pedir a alteração para o jurídico, fui tratado como se eu estivesse errado! Nunca vi isso na minha vida! O meu tempo hábil para ler, tirar dúvidas, solicitar eventuais alterações seria um final-de-semana, nem um dia útil seria!
Sinto-me desrespeitado e não prosseguirei com as negociações.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei intrigada pelo tratamento de todas pessoas que entraram em contato comigo da imobiliária, resolvi vir olhar aqui e obviamente não é novidade, o serviço é horrível mesmo. Tive interesse em um imóvel, recebi uma mensagem de uma corretora, que não me respondeu por dias, entrei em contato novamente pelo formulário e a corretora apareceu num passe de mágica. Se propôs a levar meu marido na casa, e quando chegou era uma outra pessoa, totalmente despreparada como corretora, além do imóvel estar infestado e sujo (demais mesmo) de baratas. A corretora que deveria ter me atendido se prontificou de encontrar mais iMoveis e até hoje aguardo. Recebi uma pesquisa de satisfação, na qual relatei oque foi dito aqui e depois de uns 4 dias me enviaram aquelas mensagens padraome sinto aliviada de não gerado renda praessa imobiliária o.

Mas já tem uns meses que estou decepcionada com a funcionária FLAVIA do boleto que tem sido mal educada e grossa. O mês passado estava numa viagem fiz o pagamento do boleto do condomínio e aluguel e enviei o comprovante pra ela, porém ela queria uma foto dos boletos para comprovar o pagamento, não estava com os mesmos pq estava no estado de Minas e tive um transtorno com isso pq tive que pedir para o zelador do prédio me enviar a foto do boleto do condomínio para poder enviar pra ela. Ontem 21/02 enviei uma mensagem pra ela me pediu o boleto novamente para comprovar o pagamento sendo que já tinha mandado o comprovante e expliquei que estava no trabalho e só estaria em casa a noite. Aí ela muito grossa me pediu com urgência pq meu aluguel venceria no dia seguinte. Achei desnecessário pq sei dos meus compromissos e nunca paguei atrasado. Repetiu umas 3x que queria com urgência pq tinha horário para me mandar o boleto atualizado. Agora me pergunto pra serve o aplicativo da imobiliária sendo que tenho que ficar esperando todo mês ela me enviar o boleto para pagamento. Não foi a primeira vez que ela foi grossa comigo e ontem foi o limite, acho melhor trabalhar com funcionária mais competente.
