Sou vizinho deles, pensem em um esforço gigante em não levar tudo todos os dias.

Wonderful breads, I always order them for "breakfast with the friends of the Petit Committee"... Medialuna, Palmiér and Pain au Chocolat are a must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são caros, mas valem a pena. O pão de azeitona é crocante por fora, muito macio por dentro e aromático. O brownie é maravilhoso também. E fomos atraídos já na calçada pelo cheiro dos pães
The products are expensive but worth it. Olive bread is crispy on the outside, very soft on the inside and aromatic. The brownies are wonderful too. And we were attracted already on the sidewalk by the smell of the breads

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi que entregam tanto via ifood quanto WhatsApp, optei pelo WhatsApp por conta das taxas do Ifood, tanto pra mim, quanto pro estabelecimento..mas me arrependi.
Fica aqui minha crítica quanto ao atendimento no WhatsApp. Primeiro, a demora..fiz um pedido as 9:30, neste exato momento que escrevo são 12:00 e ainda nem saiu pra entrega.. Ou seja, meu café da manhã vai virar café da tarde.. A atendente me dizia que estava esperando o entregador voltar de outra entrega, aí depois mudou dizendo que estava esperando o pão de queijo sair..quer dizer, nitidamente era mentira..podia simplesmente dizer que o pão de queijo acabou que ficaria melhor..
Segundo, foram vários erros como valor incorreto na hora de fechar o pedido, falta de atenção nos itens do pedido..
Dica, não enrolem o cliente dizendo que esta esperando o entregador etc....imprevistos acontecem..se não tem algum item, avise o cliente, oferece outra opção e pronto. Outra coisa, se vcs não conseguem prestar um bom atendimento por WhatsApp, simplesmente nao ofereçam atendimento por lá.. é melhor do que ter uma opção a mais e prestar um atendimento ruim.
I saw that they deliver both via ifood and WhatsApp, I chose WhatsApp because of the Ifood fees, both for me and for the establishment..but I regretted it.
Here is my review about the service on WhatsApp. First, the delay..I placed an order at 9:30 am, at this exact moment I write it is 12:00 and it hasn't even left for delivery.. In other words, my breakfast will become breakfast.. The attendant told me that I was waiting for the delivery man to come back from another delivery, then he changed it saying he was waiting for the cheese bread to come out.. I mean, it was clearly a lie.. I could just say that the cheese bread ended up being better..
Second, there were several errors such as incorrect value at the time of closing the order, lack of attention to the order items..
Tip, don't fool the customer saying he's waiting for the delivery guy etc... unforeseen events happen... if you don't have an item, let the customer know, offer another option and that's it. Another thing, if you can't provide good service via WhatsApp, simply don't offer service there.. it's better than having one more option and providing bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tasted many medialunas in Argentina but these are the first original medialunas i have eaten in my visit to Sao Paulo.
Great pastries and sweetness in every bite and the softness of the bread.
I've seen that Bâtard has also a great selection of bread and I can't wait to come back and experience them again. Great work guys!
