★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vale mais o custo benefício, os pratos encareceram e a qualidade diminuiu, as atendentes da loja muito dispersas, mesmo com a nota na mão tive q falar 3x o prato q tinha escolhido, atendimento ao cliente e sabor da batata assada de camarão, deixam muito a desejar. Não pretendo voltar a consumir no local.
 It is no longer worth the cost benefit, the dishes became more expensive and the quality decreased, the store attendants were very dispersed, even with the note in hand I had to talk 3x the dish I had chosen, customer service and the taste of roasted shrimp potatoes, let much to be desired. I do not intend to consume again on the spot.

Hoje escolhi a batata rostie com recheio de requeijão e camarão cremoso de acompanhamento.
Sumplesmente horrível! Não consegui comer, o requeijao parece agua com uma espécie de maisena...sem gosto nenhum, o camarão ao creme veio com 6 camarões e o gosto do creme é apavorante...
Decepcionada com a o restauramte.
Good afternoon, definitely the worst rostie potato I've ever eaten!
Today I chose the rostie potato with cream cheese filling and creamy shrimp to accompany it.
Simply horrible! I couldn't eat it, the cream cheese looks like water with a kind of cornstarch...without any taste, the creamed shrimp came with 6 shrimps and the cream tastes terrifying...
Disappointed with the restauramte.

Sempre quando vou ao shopping compro no batata inglesa, seja o shopping que for.
Peço batata com recheio de strogonoff de carne com extra de bacon. Infelizmente no batata inglesa do shopping nova América o bacon estava geladoooo , coisa que nunca aconteceu em nenhuma outra loja. Reclamei e infelizmente fui informada que era assim mesmo.
Pedi meu dinheiro de volta.
Graças a Deus quanto a isso não tive problemas, foi devolvido o valor pago pelo extra.

Whenever I go to the mall, I buy at Batata Inglês, whatever the mall.
I order potato with beef stroganoff stuffing with extra bacon. Unfortunately, the bacon at the Nova América mall was cold, something that never happened in any other store. I complained and unfortunately I was told it was the same.
I asked for my money back.
Thank God I had no problems, the amount paid for the extra was refunded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gostei do que comi, tem variedade e o preço é ok nada cara de mais é uma loja que já está neste local a mais de quinze anos sinal de que tem boa aceitação pelo público mesmo na crise da pandemia quando muitas lojas fecharão ela continua bem obrigado.
