No dia marcado, o funcionário Rangel fez um serviço impecável, ele foi super educado e rápido. No fim, só foram necessárias 11 réguas para finalizar o serviço. Depois de finalizado, pelo telefone, a dona Lucilene foi extremamente grossa comigo, disse que as paredes da minha casa estavam horríveis e que o valor final do serviço seria mais de 20% mais caro que o que ela tinha passado inicialmente. O problema não foi nem o valor mais alto e sim a forma como ela me atendeu, com grosseria e falta de educação. Quem deveria avaliar se a parede estava "horrível" era a empresa ao fazer o orçamento e não jogar a responsabilidade pro cliente. Não recomendo essa empresa!

After finishing, over the phone, the owner Lucilene was extremely rude to me, said that the walls of my house were horrible and that the final value of the service would be more than 20% more expensive than what she had spent initially. The problem was not even the highest amount, but the way she attended me, with rudeness and lack of education. Who should assess whether the wall was "horrible" was the company when making the budget and not putting the responsibility on the customer. I do not recommend this company!
