★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em Setembro de 2020 encomendei dois tipos de cortinas: uma para cozinha para bloqueio solar e outras duas outras para a sala, essas ultimas mais tradicionais, trilho suíço com pregas americanas, nada de diferente. A cortina da cozinha chegou em 25 dias, como foi prometido.
Já as cortinas da sala, vieram depois de 2 meses e com um gorgorão, que fazia com que ela não corresse no trilho, erro básico, porém não era de se esperar que uma cortina não corresse no trilho, certo? Solicitei novas cortinas sem o tal do gorgorão, e mais dois meses para me entregarem e mesmo assim, não ficaram boas, ficaram arrastando no chão como havia pedido que não acontecesse e com os ganchos aparecendo abaixo nos trilhos. Comuniquei a Adriana proprietária da loja, enviando fotos e deixando claro meu descontentamento, ela ficou de aparecer no dia seguinte, só não me disse que dia seria esse, já faz um mês e nada. O que eu concluo que o atendimento e o trabalho da loja deixa bem a desejar, e eu não recomento a ninguém. Avisei inclusive a proprietária que faria uma avaliação negativa e aqui está.
In September 2020 I ordered two types of curtains: one for the kitchen for sun block and two others for the living room, the latter more traditional, Swiss rail with American pleats, nothing different. The kitchen curtain arrived in 25 days, as promised.
As for the curtains in the room, they came after 2 months and with a grosgrain, which prevented it from running on the rail, a basic mistake, but it was not expected that a curtain would not run on the rail, right? I asked for new curtains without the grosgrain guy, and two more months to give me up and even then, they didn't look good, they were dragging on the floor as I had requested it not to happen and with the hooks appearing below on the tracks. I communicated to Adriana, owner of the store, sending photos and making clear my discontent, she just showed up the next day, she just didn't tell me what day it would be, it's been a month and nothing. What I conclude is that the service and work of the store leaves much to be desired, and I do not recommend it to anyone. I even told the owner that I would do a negative evaluation and here it is.
