★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha bateria apresentou defeito e mesmo após alguns dias do vencimento da garantia eles a substituíram sem maiores problemas. Apesar do defeito na bateria anterior, em razão da seriedade no atendimento ao cliente eu certamente continuarei cliente da marca.

Eh a mesma situação de uma reclamação anterior, estou tentando me recolocar no mercado de trabalho, eles anunciaram no jornal a cidade, precisando Consultor de Negócios, como tenho vasto conhecimento na área mandei um curriculo.Agora parte pior, a pessoa responsável pela RH, não responde, já liguei umas 3 vezes, deixando telef.para resposta e nada.Toda vez ligo, ou demora 200 anos pra atender e dizer que ela, esta em horário de almoço ou esta reunião.De duas, uma, ou quem precisa trabalhar eh muito trouxa dessas empresas, ou essa moça RH, vive de reunião, quanto descaso e falta consideração.Responsavel se chama Agatha.Acabei de deixar o último telef meu pra retorno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bateria moura, pifou em um mês. Liguei no 0800 que mandou eu ligar na assistência da Dirpal. Leguei e eles disseram que eu preciso levar a bateria lá! Eu to sem carro!!!! Em Araraquara!!! Demora uma semana para análise!!! Péssimo!
