★ ★ ★ ★ ★ você paga tudo em dia, mas a internet não vem o tanto que você contrata, e quando ligamos pra reclamar eles dizem que esta indo o valor contratado, mas quando fazemos o teste aqui não da, mandam o técnico mas fica do mesmo jeito
you pay everything on time, but the internet doesn’t come as much as you hire, and when we call to complain they say that the contracted amount is going, but when we do the test here, we don’t send the technician but it’s the same

Reclamem na ANATEL SOBRE ESSA EMPRESA! Quem sabe assim ouçam o que a maioria dos clientes reclama dessa empresa!
Poor service! Lousy support service! They drag on for months to change broken equipment and give a direct problem, without the minimum responsibility for the service they provide! Complain at ANATEL ABOUT THIS COMPANY! Who knows, listen to what most customers complain about this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de Internet, não dá nem pra chamar de razoável. Baixa velocidade, em relação ao contratado. Já passei várias finais de semanas com problemas de internet, e quando solicitado, geralmente o suporte demora muito. Cuidado com os contratos, hoje uma empresa deve fidelizar os clientes pelo o seu serviço, e não amarrá-los a cláusulas contratuais, que por diversas vezes não são bem esclarecidas no momento da contratação, simplesmente "empurradas". Você que pensa em contratar essa empresa, fuja dela!!!
Bad internet service, you can't even call it reasonable. Low speed compared to the contractor. I've spent several weekends with internet issues, and when requested, support usually takes a long time. Beware of contracts, today a company must retain customers for its service, and not tie them to contractual clauses, which are often not well understood at the time of hiring, simply "pushed". If you think about hiring this company, run away from it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa de serviço de internet de todo o estado. Você cliente registre reclamação na Anatel que só aqui no Google é mesmo que nada! Zero respeito pelo cliente, velocidade contratada não é entregue, vários dias sem o serviço e não há nenhum abatimento no valor, suporte técnico ineficiente.
Worst internet service company in the entire state. You customer file a complaint with Anatel that only here on Google is really nothing! Zero respect for the customer, contracted speed is not delivered, several days without service and there is no reduction in value, inefficient technical support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa que já conheci. Todos os dias a Internet some. Fica de 2 a 3h sem sinal. Mas no final do mês vem o valor certinho pra gente pagar. PESSIMO!
Worst company I've ever met. Every day the Internet disappears. It takes 2 to 3 hours without a signal. But at the end of the month comes the right amount for us to pay. TERRIBLE!
