Lugar mal organizado - com as roupas e sapatos amontoados e de difícil discernimento - e apertado.
Terrible service, they didn't wear a mask or receive us when we arrived, they acted as if we weren't even there.
A poorly organized place - with the clothes and shoes piled up and difficult to discern - and cramped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A costureira (não sei se é proprietária também) é super grossa, sem educação e parece não fazer a menor questão do cliente ali. Era a única loja de reparos/costura que eu conhecia perto de casa, mas há algum tempo deixei de ir pelo PÉSSIMO atendimento. Com a minha filha também foi da mesma forma, parou de ir pela forma grosseira como sempre era atendida, isso sem contar uma calça caríssima que ela tinha acabado de comprar e a moça simplesmente ACABOU com a calça e ainda devolveu SEM A ETIQUETA sabe-se lá por quê.
The seamstress (I don't know if she owns it either) is super rude, uneducated and doesn't seem to care about the customer there. It was the only repair/sewing shop I knew close to home, but a while ago I stopped going because of the TERRIBLE service. It was the same with my daughter, she stopped going by the rude way she was always treated, not to mention an expensive pair of pants that she had just bought and the girl just FINISHED the pants and even returned them WITHOUT THE LABEL, who knows. there why.
