 From the first contact, I felt very welcomed. Pedro attended me with all kindness and professionalism. I didn't have any workshop as a reference, today without a doubt I have a place to take my car whenever I need it. I arrived at Salto Auto by indication thanks to God and to Fernando kkkk I was very well attended from the first minute. I became a customer!!!!! The staff is amazing!!! They explain everything to me, help when I need to prioritize services. A beautiful and welcoming place.

O carro estava com problema para dar a partida a mais de um mês, havia passado por dois mecânicos que não resolveram o problema. O Pedro foi prestativo, consertou o carro e ainda abriu uma exceção e me entregou o carro no feriado do dia 01/01 porque eu precisava voltar para a cidade que eu trabalho no dia seguinte. Voltarei para fazer a revisão com certeza. Fiquei muito satisfeita com o resultado.
I took my car in auto jump after the recommendation of two friends. The car had been having trouble starting for over a month, it had gone through two mechanics who didn't solve the problem. Pedro was helpful, fixed the car and even made an exception and delivered the car to me on the 01/01 holiday because I needed to go back to the city where I work the next day. I will come back for a review for sure. I was very satisfied with the result.

Precise, polite service, all very attentive, competent and ethical. Fair price as it should be, for a service that combines knowledge, technique, security and trust. Apesar de ser engenheira mecânica, sempre me senti desconfortável ao procurar uma oficina por ser mulher. Pedro é muito solícito e transparente: manda vídeos, fotos e o orçamento detalhado pelo whatsapp, além de explicar tudo que precisa ser feito (não vai empurrando um monte de coisa que não precisa). Isso reforça a confiança no trabalho que está sendo feito e facilita a tomada de decisão. Pude perceber o quanto a Oficina Salto Auto está à frente de todas as outras oficinas por onde já passei: estrutura, preço, qualidade do serviço e, principalmente, a forma de tratar a cliente. Tornei-me cliente assídua.
I found the Salto Auto Workshop through google and through the comments I saw that it was a safe and reliable place. Despite being a mechanical engineer, I've always felt uncomfortable looking for a workshop because I'm a woman. Pedro is very helpful and transparent: he sends videos, photos and the detailed budget via whatsapp, in addition to explaining everything that needs to be done (he doesn't push a lot of things he doesn't need). This reinforces confidence in the work being done and facilitates decision making. I could see how Oficina Salto Auto is ahead of all the other workshops I've been to: structure, price, quality of service and, above all, the way it treats the customer. I became a regular customer.
